LinkRad is software developed and published by LinkSat S.A.R.L. ("LinkSat", "we"). This policy explains how personal data is handled on this website, in the LinkRad web panel and in the LinkRad mobile application.
When you use the request form we receive the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, subscriber count, Client ID, message) and your IP address. We use them only to answer your request and keep a record of the correspondence. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set cookies under Google's policy.
The app connects to a LinkRad server operated by your internet service provider (or by you, if you are the operator). Your login session is stored on the device; account, usage, payment and message data are exchanged with that server only. Push notification tokens are used solely to deliver notifications. Optional permissions — camera, microphone, Bluetooth, location, phone — are requested only for the features that need them (QR scanning, voice and video calls, receipt printing, live view) and can be declined. The operator of the server is the data controller for subscriber data; contact them to access or delete your account. LinkSat does not receive subscriber data from customer servers.
A LinkRad server contacts LinkSat's license and update servers to validate its license and download updates. These requests carry the license key, server version and public IP address — never subscriber data. Operators can enable optional services (WhatsApp notifications, online payments) that transmit the data required for those services to the respective provider.
LinkRad uses encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, role-based access control, audit logging and optional encrypted backups. If we become aware of a security incident affecting customer data, we inform affected operators promptly.
